2016 Scholarship award ceremony

Recipients from Anchor, Dolphin and Wings Over America scholarship foundations were recognized at a luncheon sponsored by Navy League, Hampton Roads on June 8th in Virginia Beach. The luncheon was the culmination of a lot of hard work on many fronts-the recipients that excel, the donors that believe in our missions and the foundations that work tirelessly to reduce debt for military families.
