Applications for the 2010-2011 Scholarship Award Year (academic year) are now open.

Before completing the Eligibility Application below, please take time to review the eligibility Criteria. We request that you fully complete the eligibility form below including months and years assigned to eligible commands.  If you need additional space to indicate additional commands that you would like considered, please include them in the comments section.  Incomplete forms will delay the receipt of your application form.  The selection board will review all submissions to verify eligibility and respond within fifteen working days.  If you do not receive a response in that period, please contact us.  We want to ensure that your submission gets the attention it deserves.  Eligibility Applications are due by March 15th.  If you are eligible to apply, a Scholarship Application will be Emailed to the student and sponsor; this Scholarship Application must be received by mail no later than April 1st.   Please provide different Email addresses for the service member and for the student as an aid in assuring you do receive notice of Eligibility in a timely manner.
