Anchor Scholarship Foundation is a Virginia corporation and tax exempt under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.  Financial statements are available upon written request from the Office of Consumer Affairs, Commonwealth of Virginia.  Donations are tax deductible to the extent provided by law.
